Academic Library Leadership

Digital strategy, research infrastructure, and applied AI

I am an academic library leader with more than 16 years of experience developing digital strategy, research infrastructure, scholarly services, and institutional technology programs. My work focuses on the decisions libraries must make as research practices, digital systems, and artificial intelligence reshape academic work.

I have led multidisciplinary teams, major systems implementations, repository and preservation programs, cross-institutional partnerships, and grant-funded research platforms.
